Who we are
HireGrid Recruitment Agency (SMC – PRIVATE) Limited (“HireGrid”, “we”) is a recruitment agency based in Lahore, Pakistan. You can reach us at farwaahmad@hiregridpk.com or 0318-4601450.
What we collect
- Contact details: name, email, phone, company, and messages you send us.
- Account details if you sign up as a company or a candidate.
- CVs, work history, and files you upload for a search.
- Basic technical logs needed to keep the site secure (for example IP used to stop spam).
Why we use it
We use this data only to run hiring searches: matching candidates to roles, talking to clients, and keeping our desk records. We do not sell personal data.
Where it is stored
Data is stored with our hosting and database providers so the website and desk can run. Access is limited to HireGrid staff who need it for a live search.
Your choices
You can ask for a copy of your data, a correction, or deletion. If you have an account, you can also request this from your dashboard. Email farwaahmad@hiregridpk.com and we will handle it.
How long we keep it
We keep search records for as long as a hiring process needs them, and for a reasonable period afterwards if you may want similar roles or if the law requires us to keep a record. You can ask us to delete your file earlier unless we must keep it for a legal reason.
